  1. Does anyone have any pictures or anything from the stage setup in Phoenix? The show is less than 24 hours away but there is no thread! It seems the news of the DVD stole the spotlight. The stadium is very cool actually, so I was hoping for a picture with the claw inside.

  6. seriously, I keep logging on to see if there are any pics or such, but nothing! I'm really excited about this show because I gifted tickets to my friends who have never been to a U2 concert. . . they'll be there, GA. They say the "kind of like" U2, but don't know a lot of songs. I think they are going to have their socks blown off! Can't wait to hear what they say.
  7. Cool fact about that stadium: The field is natural grass and the dome has a retractable roof. But Phoenix is in a very hot desert, so the grass will burn up if they don't protect it. The field actually sits on a big flat platform that is on top of rail-like tracks. They can roll the entire field outside the stadium to get some sun, then roll it back in.

    Well I wish I could go to this show. Everytime I see a concert it's pretty much in Phoenix since it's a little closer to El Paso, but this time, I decided to hit up Florida and Dallas. In fact my first U2 show was Vertigo in Glendale. Agh.... the memories!!!

    I'm not gonna lie though, this Tour Is So Awesome, I was looking for flights to Phoenix and red eye flights back to El Paso, but I would need a flight out of Phoenix by about 6:00 am so I would not miss work. I already missed three days for Tampa and Dallas!! Ha!!

  10. There were a few bad ones before but this one suffers from all the excitement about sunday methinks...although this could tell us what to expect for sunday
