  3. Louis was right.....U2 are not thea "big band with a full orchestra" and it was blatant cheating from Simon because jamie is a rock singer and cant sing anything else.....

    The only U2 song which would fit on that show is the Jools Holland version of If You Wear That Velvet Dress......but even hat wouldnt fit completely

  9. X factor tonight were using a Big Band Theme but simon cowle used Angel of Harlem for one of his conteders to sing, louie thought it a bit unfair.

    I know what you mean mate but I think the point is that U2 are not in that genre as a whole....Simon knew he was cheating..and thats why he changed the song at the last minute....if you look at the other performances, they are songs performed in caberet nightclubs etc......not in football stadiums!

    also....I hate it when they strip WOWY to a weak stripped down version!

    Ah well.....x factor....you gotta love it!
