    they want to be the biggest but the downside of being big is being mediocre

    this was extremely mediocre, just plain mediocre entertainment without relevance.

    i can't blame the crowd for being lame. crowds shouldn't be enthousiastic because it's u2 they attend, they should be enthousiastic because u2 earns it and they didn't.

  4. I'm not making generalisations, just noticed that most of the pit looked a bit pudgy.
    They're already an old band and having an stolid audience like that doesn't do them any favours
  6. the video on mine kept freezing every 15 or so seconds, but audio kept going.
  7. folks, come on -- can you stop this for a second? you've jsut seen a U2 show live, and all you can do is nail down every mistake or error you can possibly find?! look back at the last pages, comments all like "oh what a crap show, not going to buy the dvd, U2 are done" -- can they ever make it right for you guys?`why always this criticism?

    always? most of the time it's just love but I think its fair to criticize them when we think we have the right to do that

    We criticise because we care, its the mark of a true fan, we're not a bunch of fangirls who go ga ga over everything they ever do. They're not infallible

    it helps. If they release a poor show on DVD as a catalogue of this whole tour then it makes the whole thing look like shit. The band were not good tonight.
