1. Well, not that hyped after all - encore had some moments of visual briliance - some angles, and shots that felt like really warm and fuzzy and then some quite awfull overedited layering mixes. All in all if this isnt (and i hope this isnt) the final cut well see on dvd (and this will definitely be on dvd) it has lots of potential to atleast look great if edited right as there was some proper ground level cameras somwhere there after all. As as of now it looked like it was shot by Michael Bay in places with all the crane shots. Yeah, I know - crane shots are good, show what claw looks like, how enormous is the whole setup, but it gets monotonous. And to say that they are done if they release this would be ingorant, as once in its final form it shouldnt be any worse then vertgio's chicago dvd. And yeah, sound, and some painfully wrong notes will all be fixed by then with proper mix and dubs if needed. Well, though its not definitely not the best, its far from bad. Maybe a bit mediocre by U2 standards, but still..

  2. yea best song of the night. uv failed, so did crazy

I'm sorry for those of you who didn't.

Breathe still works for me. NLOTH should've been second though, great performance of that song as usual.

and if anyone wants to call me a hypocrite for saying that, go for it. but keep in mind i say that about the band, not people.

vanquish, please cut it out. it's a bit mean to say that about america.

    Hey, I like America
But you won't have to rebutt comments like "did you see how lame U2 was on YT? and their audience was even lamer...even in the pit there were only fat, middle aged Yanks! Biggest band in the world... pfft!"
I can imagine my friends already - sigh-

Interesting point, now will you please stop being a scab and not wear an Avatar I made five years ago.

    Thanks you.
  6. Not the greatest performance, but awsome just to have this as a live stream, especially for those of us that haven't been fortunate to witness this thing first hand, have to wait till 2011 for that [a long way off].

Just hope they add some extra live video clips from various shows as special features, and not the same songs in this set list, such as Your Blue Room etc.

Now to go watch a few multi-cams that arrived in the mail today..

agreed. most of us have seen several 360 gigs by now.

I think No Line should open, if it was played Fez would have been a hell of an opener.
But it is too risky for a safe audience.

  9. I thought he had stolen your avatar indeed
