1. It'll be Perth. Remember, they swap everytime since Lovetown. Zoomerang; Adelaide, Popmart; Perth; Vertigo; Adelaide...

Indeed that shot was made for a DVD
  3. Great show, especially as my first time seeing them play live.

Maybe if I wasn't a poor college student I would go to one of their shows.

But personally, the ideal show would need to have...

    The Fly (where is it?)
    Kite
More songs from albums earlier than The Joshua Tree
by the way, the snippet of In God's Country really made my day

The problem from the US shows is that US fans want to focus on ATYCLB and HTDAAB material - so for many of us who want more Pop, Zooropa, AB or more alternate material the shows will always seem lacking, but if its a US show (and thats where the DVD's and live material is normally done) then thats just what we have to cope with.

The problem with the tour is that is trying to do three things at once, where it make is really amazing, U2 need to stop trying to spread themselves out but to aim at just one goals. At the moment I feel they are trying to
    1) Promote NLOTH
    2) Keep favour with the 'pop' crowd (music sensitive fans primarily concerned with ATYCLB and HTDAAB)
    3) Work around the idea of 'Kiss the Future' and the 'Spaceship' they have built.

If U2 were to focus on the Spaceship all of the truly brilliant elements such as UTEOTW, UV, IGCIIDGCT could be added with some Pop, Zooropa or earlier tracks to create something worthy of launching into the cosmos. Even add in a few U2 classics and as much as I hate to say it I have to admit that I think BTBS would work amazingly on this stage.

But with another (possibly slower) album coming out soon it seems the struggle for tour identity will continue. My vote is choose the songs to fit the theme, stadiums and blow us all away!

    I wholeheartedly agree.

Really maybe they should just retire soon, cos they're not getting younger and they already seem to be irrelevant

OHHH NOOO boi go wash ur mouth out with some Detol or sumthing.

  6. Kudos to whoever that was
must have had a keen sense of humour and didnt go gaga like most fans would
  7. I've got it! I'll hand Larry a copy of Passengers in Perth. Then he'll never want to go back. And if everyone else in Australia except Adelaide does the same...

In Adelaide I'll give him Bomb...U2 will play in Adelaide all the time!!!

Yeah...One of the best snippets ever...specially because BD and IGC are 2 of my favorite songs...

  9. U2 didn't post a show in Mass for 2010...and my Passengers copy remains unsigned. Sigh...

Yeah, i have spent a year and a half studying over two years worth of coursework and managed to get a degree by the miracle of God. Sadly, i didn't get on U2Start as much as I wanted to notice you...stealing my avatar like a Victorian Street Urchin...with internet access.

  11. no way, friend, it's you indeed just sent you a PM because I was wondering..... grand, just grand

  12. Well, are they relevant to anyone who isnt a U2 fan?
I don't know about Adelaide but over here there certainly not.
