1. Are you trying to incite an argument?
There is no band who has the kind of following U2 has.
The moments of damn near Religious quality, Shakesperean and Epic in magnitude.

When everyone else tries they fall too short, or go to far and fall off.

Why we U2 fans are one of a kind :-

    "I have run...I have crawled"

Sung by over 60,000 people, in unison.
  2. Good night all Hope you enjoyed U2tube as much as I did.
  3. So has anyone got the setlist

That's not the point (and where were these one of a kind fans tonight?)

The point was saying that only u2 could pull this off is a bit naive. I'm sure there are other bands that could have done it and with a better performance

They just don't get the chance as they don't have u2's massive PR might.
  5. I'm off for a well deserved rest, see you guys tomorrow.

And physically next leg of the tour!

It depends on how many people are interested though. I know of music videos where half a billion people tuned in for the premiere (in 1991)...but that's not a webcast.
  7. How many times is it being rebroadcast on youtube or anywhere else?

  8. all day everyday until the next concert, where they will stream it live again
  9. Just started watching the rerun. Was the quality that bad live too

    EDIT:

They can better release some of the amateur multicams. Because the performance is really bad (I know I missed all the discussions about it ) First DVD i might not buy

the picture quality - for me - was bad on the small screen but got better as I chose the full-screen option. a 7/10 I'd say. audio was quite bad, but I thought that was due to my old computer, not sure about that.

I personally think we did not see all that will make it into the finally dvd cut later, you know... the Claw was only shown 3 or 4 times in full scale, most of its light show wasn't to be seen at all. I guess they save that for the dvd. I hope so

Yeah its impossible to produce a dvd live like this. They will rearrange some shots. But the performance so far really sounds below par. I mean, on a lot of the bootlegs we host here Bono sounds miles better. Also quite some timing errors by the boys
  12. NOOOOOOO!!!!

I missed it all!!! I set my alarm at 3.30 PM instead of 3.30 AM and slept right through it!!! What an idiot!!!!

I'm gonna watch it all now though its back on youtube...

I saw the last 3 songs and didnt think much of Bono's voice or the crowd to be honest....
