1. That would be much more support for Aung Suu than 100 billion masks with her face, indeed.
  2. I could see them doing Malaysia..

  3. Are you serious? We couldn't get aid into Burma after the last major floods because the genocidal junta that runs the country was hellbent on wiping out the ethnic groups who live in the flood areas, they have a documented history of ruthlessly suppressing dissent, and you think they might let a band play there who have a history of criticising them?

    I think...no.

  5. Hi mate, I dont think you are being patronising at all, but its not really true that in a place like India, with a population of 1 billion, 60,000 people cant afford it.....Asia has been thriving for years and in places like India there is a growing middle class....and generally a lot of people are getting rich...and quick...its complete contrast to what is happening in the Western World now

Anyway, the real reason U2 dont go to places like India is that they are just not popular enough...FACT....

Ps i have just realised that after 4 years membership and 250 odd posts, that my username is spealt wrong!

  6. Wow..you're not the only one to just realise that lol

  7. I agree about the small fanbase...but not about the prices.
They have come to South America more than once, and the tickets were over very fast. I am sure there are a lot of people who can afford the tickets in a lot of asian countries.
