    No. They don't owe us anything. Once you start down the road of fannish entitlement, it can only end in tears. If you don't like what you're getting for your money, go spend it somewhere else. (Hell, send it to me, I want to go to Byron Bay Bluesfest next year.) But don't choose to spend your money on something and then complain that you're owed more for it.

    Would I like more variation in the setlists? Of course. I've seen the show 6 times and if they bring it down here to Australia I'd love to see some different songs brought out. Do they owe me something because I chose to travel to the US to see them and because I chose to buy three different versions of TUF last night? Hell no.

    Then of course they have to be wary about the people who like collecting a hell of a lot of bootlegs and in fact there's someone out there who is going to end up with every bootleg of the U2360 Tour. Of course for these people the setlist MUST be changed for fear of being badmouthed on the internet.

    I wnet to 2 shows on this tour and had the same setlist for both, each was a different experience and each was an experience I thouroughly enjoyed. I couldn't care less that I had the same setlist and I don't care that other shows had other songs. I was happy with what I got. I'm sure all the other other people who went to only 1 or 2 shows were thouroughly entertained as well, regardless of setlist.

    @ EDDMB: I agree that if they're going to play consecutive nights in the same city then some variation is needed. But not if they're going top play a different city each night and to be honest why should they?

    And above that I'm okay with not changing the setlist that much. Sure, I would've loved some variation as well. But I rather see them playing all songs very brilliant then messing up lyrics and fucking up with the guitar and such. The more songs, the more chance on underrehearsing.

    I agree.Its just frustrating that U2 CANT or WONT do it.Bruce,Radiohead,PJ,DMB..they all break up the setlist every night.To quote Bruce,"If we played the same songs every night,we would be cheating ourselves .I like to keep the E street Band on their toes." Well put Bruce.The thing is,U2 have never had variation,look at the setlists going back from 1983,they have always had a SET setlist.The ZooTV and Pop tours were like this.The same set.I was fine with that,I went once to Pop,but 9 times I saw them on ZooTV.Great shows,but very predictable for me.But not too many are as insane as me,seeing the band 9 times on ZooTV tour in 1992.LOL.My point is,it must be so boring for THEM.Like I have said,other bands all say they would hate to do that,play the same set every night.I guess U2 just want to have a basic 26,27 songs that they have down,and not mess with it. Cheers.

    I saw 5 out of the 45 shows and there was only 2 songs I didn't hear (and one of those was a cover). Whats that say for variation?

    More than likely that was the techs playing though. At this point I think their working repertoire is larger than the band's.

    I saw the band 10 times on the Joshua Tree tour in 1987.I also saw them 10 times on the Zoo Tv tour.I left out one show,Nassau 03.09.92.It was 17 yrs ago,so I cant remember every gig.LOL.Anyway,I will count up the number of different tunes they played from the JT and ZooTV tours.I dont think they broke the sets up at all really.I know I liked the first leg of ZooTV better.The shows were in Arenas here in the States.The cars I recall were swinging like crazy over ours heads at MSG,03.20.92.The best show for me was at the old Boston Garden,03.17.92.From 1985 - 1992 I saw the band 26 times.Insane ??..You bet.
