I'm pretty sure this comes from my friend Vox of EastLink, he has been updating the 360 Stats thread after each show and the numbers were pretty similar, if not the same.

This is by far the biggest tour so far regarding U2, and the secong biggest one in worldwide level (just behind the last Rollling Stones' one, which earned more money - not more people).

We the fans might bitch constantly about setllists, songs, performances, etc... but to the masses, this has been the biggest musical events. Total Success.
