I dont think theres any commies on this board. As such, it really dont have the potential to start a fight.

fair enough. I dont know enough about how people handle politics in your country, but in America that is how liberals work. They let the people say whatever they want till its something they disagree with. Case and point. The Fox news debacle. I remember one time I got chewed out by a teacher for saying I dont agree with the ACLU since in practice, they tend to ignore the conservative causes, which resulted in him being on my case for the next five to twenty minutes (Oh the irony. Aint the ACLU supposed to exist so you can say there BS without getting persecuted?) Its also worth noting that while I come off as conservative, I consder myself a independent. Course, I consider myself a American first and foremost. I dont care what anyone else says. This country is friggin divided. I hope the day comes, where veryone here considers them self just an American, and is willing to ditch the Irish, Afro, or Latin suffix from that.

Politics is the same everywhere. People changing votes, changing policies, just to be able to target or attack other persons. Its a real-life soap

  4. I think no reasonable communist today is proud of history. BTW I am not to judge how anyone feels about anything or anyone, i just ask to be civil.

Doesnt say i dont agree with you.

Well, there's no such thing as a reasonable communist. Do you know what would the old communistic leaders say about the Velvet revolution nowadays? "We should not have resigned and should have let tanks kill the bastards in the streets instead." I still find it almost unbelievable that things changed here without violence.

  6. My parents experienced what life during communism was like, unlike you. Simple as that.

  7. I know tens of people who lived in communism, including my parents. There are people who say it was better and there are people who say it sucked.

Now I live in something we all like to call "democracy". And well - I know people who say it's great and I know people who say it sucks.
