  1. U2 played in a lot of venues over the years. Some are great with great history or intimacy, others are just big or weird.

    What are your favorite venues? And what kind of venues would you like to see U2 in?

    Maybe you can also add pictures of them (not too big).

    I'll start with some cool stadiums. The Allianz Arena in Munchen:



    It can change color, you can also find it in blue and other colors.

    The new Olympic stadium in Beijing:



    I saw U2 twice in the Amsterdam ArenA which looks like an UFO:



    And I would love to see U2 in Camp Nou, Barcelona one day, that would be my favorite venue:


  2. Could u imagine? wow i love stadium shows and stadiums not every1 can play them and they look awesome! so vast its incredible the Vertigo tour was great for stadium shows i wish they do another POPMart and Vertigo tour style tour
  3. I remember seeing them at AAMI Stadium here in Adelaide - not as good as ZooTV back in 1993 but still a great show.

  4. I laugh when I think of U2 playing their ZooTV and Popmart shows in the Kingdome in Seattle, Washington. As someone who grew up going to baseball games in this dinosaur, I can't imagine trying to take in the spectacle that is a U2 show at this venue. Anyone here see them at this place? I imagine they've played a lot of shows in places like this, with awful acoustics....what a way to ruin a good show, huh?

    EDIT: I guess they only played Popmart in Seattle....ZooTV and Vergito were played further south in the Tacoma Dome...which I imagine can't have been that good either.

    I can't imagine them playing at Conseco Fieldhouse! I've seen 5 or 6 concerts there and
    have been to about 50 Basketball games there. The concerts were not very good. The acoustics
    aren't the greatest.
