1. He makes better music in his solo career than with RHCP.
  2. shit, was just getting a bit in their music
  3. this would be the 2nd time right?

  4. Yep. This is very unfortunate they are a great band and wil not be nearly as good without him. He's a great guitar player and songwriter. Really sad news as their last album was amazing.
  5. I like the RHCP quite a few, my girlfriend is a big fan too... Sad news indeed. I saw them live in 2006 and they were awesome, I remember Californication with shivers all around my spinal tap... Awesome. Sad news, but hey, there is always hope they'll be back
  6. Saw them a while ago. Very good band, a shame
  7. RHCP are pish anyway!
  8. Oh no. I love that band..and John's my favourite member. One of the greatest guitarists I've ever heard
  9. John's a hero of mine, but the One Hot Minute album shows it's possible for them to make music without him.

I'm not too keen on Josh Klinghoffer though, but I might warm to him if I have to.
  10. They sold a lot of albums with Frusciante, but their first three albums and One Hot Minute are also great stuff. It is not like they cannot make good music without him.

But his skills add so much to the band's music:
