How do you know? In the end, it's Christmas around the corner and they worked their arses off last year so give them some breathing space. Might work out in the end if there is no pressure.

NLOTH is definitely not as good as the amount of time spent on it would indicate (just look at Zooropa which took 2 months in comparision)
And we haven't even had a single proper b-side, so I don't think they been working too hard - well at least not at writing music.

Unfortunately everything is driven from singles and songs on ITunes and other music purchasing sites. I really just want to see U2 put together a group of great songs and not really worry about a feeling or texture. Take the Rubin/Kingdom/New recording sessions and take all the best songs and put them together. I think if the band does this they will be back on top again (even though I really enjoy NLOTH).
