1. Purchased a bunch of new albums today. Early x-mas gifts for myself:

new Yeah Yeah Yeahs album: Blitz

Kings of Leon: Only By the Night (been meaning to buy it for ages. was on sale- real cheap_

    The Ramones Greatest Hits

  2. I don't buy a lot of physical cds any more, but I make an exception for bands I'm seeing live who sell them at their gig. Which is why the last cd I bought was Birds of Tokyo's 'Universes'. Good album, well worth checking out.
  3. The Bravery-Stir the Blood
    Andrew Bird-Noble Beast
    U2-Unforgettable Fire CD/DVD

    I love buying CD's!

  4. I sincerely hope you enjoy every second of that album. A gem.

I sure will! Greetings to you as well, from Chicago

    Recently purchased:

U2: All That You Can't Leave Behind (have it digitally, working on buying all hard copies)
Justin Timberlake: FutureSex/LoveSounds (amazingly produced, and some of the songs are really catchy. figured I had to have it)
  5. Backspacer - Pearl Jam

The Circle's a decent way for them to end the decade indeed.

it's brilliant, probably my 3rd favourite PJ album after Ten and Vs. I recommend it.

"Force of Nature" might be my favourite Pearl Jam song, actually.
