Saw the Saturday gig in Auckland at Western Springs, (11 Nov 89) with a crowd of around 60,000 . .great way to finish my school years . . . can't believe it has been 20 years . . seeing U2 live has been some sort of mad obsession since then! A kiw band called "These Wilding Ways" opened, then BB King played a set as well . . . tried to tape the concert, but ended up only recording the second half, due to my technical inability . . . .
