  6. It would take me quite a long time to come up with a top ten for the whole decade, in BOTH categories, but I'll try to do it in class tomorrow.

I will say, however, that Zombieland will almost certainly make my list, even if only as a #10 shoo-in because it was simply TOO much fun to ignore. Rarely do I see movies anymore that are FUN to sit through and watch- plenty are humorous, and the action and visuals of many are very captivating, but I've never felt like I was at such a party of a film than in Zombieland.

Blu-Ray released February 2nd; I'll be first in line to buy it (probably pick up Inglorious Basterds that day too- still have to see that one)

Look for my list soon! Just wanted to give that film the proper nod
  7. Movies:

    1. Memento
    2. Mulholland Drive
    3. Crash
    4. In America
    5. Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair
    6. Donnie Darko
    7. The Dark Knight
    8. Unbreakable
    9. Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy
    10. The Departed

Honorable Mention: Zombieland (reasons as previously stated)

The ONLY defense I feel I have to offer against this list is for Anchorman. Watched it again just this past weekend to make sure, and it held up like it always does- as the single funniest movie of my generation, that makes me laugh hysterically at different things every time, and manages to hide itself away in my collection so that its' only watched every so often, making the little jokes harder to remember, and just as funny as the first time on each view.

    God, I love that movie.
