1. Listened to that remix, not really doing it for me. Love both songs (probably City more than Clocks, though I am a big Coldplay fan), and the two combined actually works, but it's just too crowded of a mix IMO.

Right now I'm listening to John Mayer's beautiful acoustic cover of "Message in a Bottle". True class. Love the variation on the melody during the "I'll send an SOS..." prechorus.

  2. Agree about the COBL-Clocks remix, in fact it's the same I said before

Don't you know the own Sting's acoutic versions of Message? There's one, live in New York, which sends me shivers everytime. Extra enthusiastic crowd plus a very inspired Sting makes it unforgettable... I will upload it if I find it again someday.
  3. This Love by Everything but the Girl.

    Underrated band/two piece.
  4. Couting Crowes - Mr. Jones / So You Want To Be A Rock And Roll Star (snippet)

Lovely. I love that snippet since Bono used to include it into Desire in the good old Lovetown days, it has surprised me to find it in this acoustic version of this fantastic song

  5. Even Better Than the Real Thing (live popmart)
  6. ^ Mr. Jones is a great song.

The Last Fight - Velvet Revolver
  7. Trying to Throw Your Arms Around the World
  8. RHCP - Venice Queen

I recently fell in love with this song
  9. The Who - The Kids Are Alright - Won't Get Fooled Again

Gods of rock 'n' roll. Can't ask for better
  10. Speed Of Life
