Croke Park was a bit embarressing being the only shows of the tour not to be the full 360 degrees . It looked rediculous but I suppose the right to be rediculous is something i hold dear This could be a really special gig . It will be dark for kick off to which makes all the difference !!!

im tempted to get a passport and use my presale codes

  2. Would be a special trip . Two australians were standing behind me at the second night of Slane in 2001 . They came all the way to Ireland to see it . I must post a pic of them . They could be members here
  3. 12th october is not do-able for me (school)... next time maybe

  4. Id be very surprised with the 12th . Id say 15th/16th is more likely . Bring your rain cost
  5. Thanks for the reports Gerry.
Probably will not be restricted to only one conncert then I assume
    Keep us posted
  6. Gerry, you're the man for bringing such great news here

even though I love the excitement about it - as October would be perfect timing for me regarding my work schedule - I see all my other 360 concerts for this summer fade away as another Ireland trip will just cost some money again.... ... but if they play Ireland and it gets confirmed, I'll be happy to go and dream it all up again

  7. More likely they would want to fuel up with a squeezed-in Dutch gig..
Or is that pushing it a bit?
  8. hopefully the y come also to HOLLAND.

  9. yeah in the stadium of the freshly-relegated SC HEERENVEEN by then

dream on. no dutch u2gig this year
  10. Reported in todays Daily Mirror too.

My God, is this for real?????? Come on Bono, put us out of our misery!!!!!
  11. I'm still dreaming of a Dutch gig
  12. Great reporting, Gerry....unfortunately, I don't think I'll make the Dublin gigs this time around. Had a blast the last go-round though....It was great meeting you, and thanks again for getting me into Croke a day early...truly unforgettable experience. Should be quite the show(s)....
