    thanks gerard!!

    have it now!
  2. Well, I'm a bit ashamed today to say that, but when I start listening to U2 every day, I didn't like Bad. I don't know why, but I didn't.
And then came the day I listened Bad/40/Streets from Boston. And everything changed.

Now, Bad is one of my favourite U2 songs... But only live versions! Ok, so my favourites are (maybe not very not original but...) :

    - Elevation Boston DVD 2001
    - Vertigo Chicago (2005-09-21)
    - Lovetown Dublin (1989-12-31)
    - 360° London (2009-08-15)
    - Popmart Santiago (1998-02-11)
  3. What about the one in Chicago on the Vertigo Tour when they play Bad and go into a full version of The First Time and then back into Bad , its magic , Cant remember the date but the quality of the bootleg is awesome . Ill get back to ya with a date ,

Right , fairly certain its 21 September 2005

Yep u are spot on . 2 great gigs . Great Avatar by the way My hometown gigs have been reasonably ok too

  6. Hah, thanks, you as well...and yes, of the few cities that I'll openly admit constantly top Chicago gigs, Dublin would have to be one of them, I suppose.....
  7. I have been to Chicago 3 times and loved it so maybe some day ill get there for a show , Maybe the next tour .

  8. Doing anything on July 6th?

I've always wanted to "make the pilgrimage" to Dublin for a U2 show, even though I hear Croke really isn't the place? Maybe they'll play Slane Castle again in the future.
  9. Still hoping for the new Aviva Stadium this autumn (or fall as you call it ) . That would be the place to see them . Maybe next tour . Slane was incredible but a nightmare to get to and from . Bad at the first slane show was top class . bootleg does not do it justice . Bad in Dublin 93 was magic but the bit about Micheal Jackson was a bit wide of the mark . A matter of opinion I suppose . That is well off topic
  10. Wembley !
