  1. Any footballfans out here? (Soccer for our American mates). If so, what's your favourite team and who do you think will win the Champions League this year??
    My favourite team (Anderlecht) didn't qualify for the Champions League, they just lost against Fenerbahce
  2. I'm a Man Utd man but judging by their start of season form i'm not expecting any fireworks unfortunatley. Who knows though. Things could turn around

    I think Barcelona and Lyon are the best teams of last year. Lyon had a bad start in the French competition though this season

  7. I am an AC Milan fan. Despite the fact we won the Champions last season I think this season will be tougher. Barcelona had few strong additions to his hoster and I think they're the favourite.

    Anyway, go Milan go!

    As an Evertonian,the "other" club in the City of Liverpool,it is not a situation I want to through again.It's happened 5 times already.................give us a break !!

    We're in the UEFA Cup this season so look out for us.If we get 4 games out of it that will do me.

    Everton are like Butlins Holiday Camp............the season ends in September !! (our English members will get that one).

    Joking Stefano. I support Juventus but I've never hated Milan, maybe because my sister loves Milan. My best congratulations for the winning of the last Champions' League! It was really a pleasure to see that great Milan beating Liverpool (which still remains one of my least favourite teams in the world - it's a common feeling among us Juventus' supporters... ).

    About this year's Champions' League....... I have the name of the winner, my friends:

    Juventus!!!
  10. My favorite team, FEYENOORD, didn't even qualifyed for UEFA Cup this year...still can't believe how such a great club can finish 7th in the league!!! But anyway, this year we have a good team again with Gio van Bronckhorst, Roy Makaay and a couple of Dutch internationals....so be awere, next year Feyenoord is back in the Champions League. Outside the Netherlands I support FC Barcelona, maybe it's because the Dutch connection from the past, so I hope Barca will will the CL again!!!!

    The Dutch connection seems to be in Madrid this year. But I'm with you on the Barca-support
