    Didn't even know that was an option in the past. I appreciate the kindness, though!

    I'll just keep seeding and in a few weeks I'll be good and healthy again; from there it'll be a matter of strategically downloading some that will keep my ratio healthy while I leech.

    I highly, highly, highly reccomend the Dublin multicam, and the Vertigo and Joshua Tree DVD's are also favorites of mine. I always tend to grab the most un-wanted stuff, and I never get any seeding done with it, it seems!






    I cant find the u2 rocks your face off torrent ..... would not mind to help you out ,..

    The problem is that the torrent is still listed as "dead" so you have to click the box in order for it to show up. All you have to do is search "Rocks Your Face Off' and click the "dead" box, and it'll show.

    The problem is, it SHOULDNT be dead. I should be listed as a seeder since it's currently sitting there on my Vuze right now doing a whole lot of nothing, and the files are all intact and complete, in the right places....this is why its frustrating. How can I seed a torrent to somebody if they can't even find it through a search because its "dead"??!!

    What does your torrent client say about the DVD's status ? Is it at 100% ? Have u tried utorrent as client ? Maybe that does the trick. Some torrent clients do not work with some torrent sites.

  8. Ah, so I have to finagle a way around my home PC's firewall settings then, and allow the client to access the site's tracker.

    Funny, because it accesses The Pirate Bay's all the time, and I seed up to a perfect ratio in about a day. Anyone know of any reasons for this?

    More peers on TPB and less collectors. On u2torrents there is a select group of users who download everything. That means its harder to seed because many people already have it and are seeding as well.

    What does help is jumping on a torrent just after its uploaded to u2torrents, limit your download speed a bit so you dont built up a huge 'debt'. It may take a few days, but eventually you'll hit a nice ratio. Dont stop at ratio 1, everything above just gives you some space to leech a dvd without damaging your ratio.

    First gigabytes are crucial. But now your firewall accepts the connections i think it will go a lot better

    I can't hop on anything right now, though, I'm stuck at a .22 and nobody is connecting to my torrents!

    Ha, I'm stuck in a ratio I can't get out of. Helpless.

  12. I gotta figure out the firewall settings on my computer, I think that's what's preventing me from showing up as a seeder on U2T's tracker.

    Strange, though, because I've seeded parts of other torrents from U2T's...they just never get very high before the stop, and then they die. And I seed like CRAZY on TPB, like I mentioned before...but this could be due to the separate trackers, too.

    Its just that nobody has been able to explain this phenomenon to me- how come I can seed parts of some torrents on U2T's, but they never get past like a .1 ratio, and then on torrents like the "Rocks Your Face Off", I'm not even listed?!

    Could it be because a LONG time ago, I downloaded "Rocks Your Face Off", and this time around, I'm re-upping it, as opposed to these other torrents that I've just downloaded for the first time, and they're seeding as they finish? If that makes any sense.

    Whatever, though, I'll try to get into the firewall settings and see if I can't allow Vuze through to U2T's tracker.

    I appreciate the offers for help and all of your advice, Chris, you've been a huge help in all of this. I just wish I was on my own computer instead of a family one; that way I could personalize EVERYTHING and wouldn't have to do so much finagling. You're awesome.
