What browser (name and version) do you use?
    Do you have javascript enabled?
Does the rest of the site work?
Do you get any error messages?

Without this information we dont know where to look

Thanks for reporting If its an issue on our side we will fix it ASAP That wont be before next week though

    EDIT:

  5. Ok, reworked some more of the catalogue. Seems a code library we are using has a bug / glitch / whatever. But i think i have fixed it now.

Can you confirm that it is working now?

  7. Does it start working when you click on a tour on the left of the catalogue?

    Sorry for the inconvenience

Have you considered upgrading to IE8? Although IE7 should work, it does on my computer
Will proceed to find a solution anyway!

On which platform are you? XP or Vista? Then i can have a more accurate look.

i guess i can try upgrading to ie 8 if you think it will help...
  9. Well, just upgrading for u2start is not really fair . Its up to you, IE8 should be an improvement in general though. On the other hand: our intention is to make it work on all modern browsers

Can you try starting Internet Explorer without add ons?

Just type internet explorer in the startmenu and you will find that option

when i do that it does that thing where it doesn't know what program to open it with and gives you a list to choose from, so i clicked internet explorer and then it tries to get me to download something (i think it was internet explorer) so i tried downloading it and it didn't know what program to open that with, so i restarted my computer and went to ie and the same thing happened! it wouldn't open unless i chose it from the little start up menu thingy, and the same thing was happening with a lot of my other programs....
so basically i've come to the conclusion that my computer is broken or something....

but i got it to load right on my mom's computer

sorry to have wasted your time
