1. You're right about Pride! Apologies - just heard from my childminder...a friend of hers was at dublin 1 360 and was in a restaurant pre gig. The owner came over and asked if they would move tables as they had a VIP coming in. They said yes and waited around for the VIP to arrive. In walks Bono with a mate, sits down etc. They were amazed! One of them went outside for a smoke and Bono's mate was there smoking. They said it was their table that they had taken over etc etc - the guy was really nice and apologised. Afterwards they went to pay their bill and the owner said it was taken care off. Shocked they said "tell Bono thanks very much but there really was no need". The owner said it wasnt Bono who had settled their bill ... It was Mr Springsteen!!!!!! Bono's mate!
You could have knocked them down with a feather - they didnt realise it was Bruce ...just thought it was some scruffy guy in jeans and leather jacket!
    One to tell the grandkids!

    And welcome by the way!

    thank you very much!

  4. I'm pretty sure Edge changed his t-shirts for each show and they usually had different numbers on them. I don't know which concert it was but he once had a t-shirt with number '2' on it. Boston it was number '7'.
