1. but the show is still gonna start with GOYB instead of Breathe

  2. It's the beginning fucking song for christ sake. I see they left Stuck In A Moment in though - what a fucking rip.

On the U2.com shop it's only $39.95 - that's a lot better than 113 pounds, but still...they ruin a great show with chopping out the beginning track.
  3. I still can't see what you lot are getting your knickers in a knot about.

Breathe is there. On the 2 disc and Blu Ray versions. There are reasons for this I suspect, not least of which is to help try and persuade fans like us to buy at least those versions. People, casual fans, who might pick it up on their weekly shop to Tesco, will only buy the one disc anyway and couldn't care less if Breathe is there (or even realise it's omission).

Secondly, it seems patently obvious to me that the deluxe version will not be £113. Amazon don't even know what's on it so they can't know what price to charge. Hang on for an official announcement (which is presumably what we signed up for that email for)
  4. Oh come on, the case is clear.
Noone has seen the DVD, noone knows what's on it, but it's clear that it can only be crap. Noone knows what price for what format will be charged but it's clear that bloody Paul Mc$$$$ will rip off us super duper altruistic hardcore fans.
Of course it's in the US, so the crowd is shit, every song was performed better on at least one other show and it doesn't even have the 3 gazillion amazing snippets where Bono hits the high C.

Apart from that, it doesn't have the download code for SoA they promised us, the lazy bastards.

    Not gonna buy it.
  5. Hehehe and in a few months everyone has the dvd in his / hers collection
  6. So, with the Super deluxe version, you'll get the deluxe version + 24 page book, Poster, Set-list, Replica Tour Programme, 7" Vinyl, right?
  7. more than happy with the blu ray contemt. Breathe as a bonus is soo inconvenient.

Hopefully amazon will adjust the super deluxe to a similar price that fanfire have it listed at.If not they can f off & i'll import the bloody thing.
  9. Its a sad day when U2 rip us off more than ticket scammers.
  10. As a bonus for Blu-ray buyers, U2 plans to use that format’s Web connectivity to add content to the “Rose Bowl” disc throughout the year: “Video footage from the forthcoming 2010 U.S. and European tour will be continually updated to your player via the BD Live feature on the disc,” according to U2.com.

    Still the most interesting part.
