I wrote about it in the corresponding forum topic, here's the answer:

This should be easy to fix...looks like people do not have the right theme installed in their profile...needs to be done in the backend database...by simply replacing the theme number for those users...Perhaps Kevin has time for it already during the day...if not it should be fixed later today...

No,
