A lot of factors to weigh - first and formost the other 60,000 at the shows don't want to hear every song that you do, so be fare:

I will Follow - keeps the energy going
3,4,5 - No Line or other new songs = get them out of the way
One - in this spot is completely unexpected and a quick flashback to Zoo TV
Beautiful Day - I like the sng here, the starting the show over feel
In Gods Country - or other up tempo Joshua tree(possibly Trip or One Tree)
Trying to Throw Arms - hasn't been played since Zoo

Desire - Desire has been scarce,
Bullet Blue - back to Rock
Running to Stand - naturally
Sunday Bloody
40 - i know its a true closer but as an encore break could be even more frenzied
City of Lights - this begins the dance portion of the show

I know there are a lot of big songs missing - Bad, All I want, New Years, Vertigo...
certainly there is room in this set to change out songs every night, but its the order and flow that i focussed on most, and i know i nailed it with having the last 3-5 songs every night be celebrated from Joshua Tree!
