1. David Villa joins Barca for €40 million. Will they get Fabregas as well?

  2. Don't think so. In fact, they didn't even need Villa!
  3. Speaking of the whole Barca and Arsenal thing...

Which League is the best in the world?

    English? Spanish? or even Italian...?

I would have to say English, I might sound bias but there are good reasons for this .

Although the Spanish League is something special, nearly all of the goals scored are amazing

  4. The lot don't know what "defence" means.

  5. Yeah true, that's another reason for the Premiership being the best haa
  6. Seeing the Chicago Fire take on Paris- St. Germain tonight in Chicago. International friendly. Don't know too much about the Paris side though.
  7. Spanish league is probably the best, because the best players are here, the best teams play here and the best goals are scored here. Otherwise I like the English league a lot, the matches are always very hard-fought, I like watching them

But English teams enjoyed lare successes last years. Man.Utd, Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool all reached the CL-final in the last decade. From Spain, it's only Barca and Real. Anyway, I think it's a tie between the two. I prefer English football but the Primera Division is always something special.

    yeahh

I think I think the Spanish league has the best players but the English teams have more great players and better teams, Liverpool didn't even make it into the top 4 and thats because Tottenham were so good, Aston Vill and Manchester City are also great sides.

Saying this the bottom half of the Premiership is pretty awful .
All the teams are simular standard which is very little compared to the top 8 teams...

    @LikeaSong:
Did you notice Borja Valero playing for Real Mallorca? He was meant to have had a good season and they finished 4th so I hear. He's on loan from West Brom and I hope we get him back now
  10. Yes, that's the main problem with the Spanish league, Barcelona and Real Madrid are the biggest teams and with a big difference. After them there are a big bunch of smaller teams (Valencia, Sevilla, Villareal, Mallorca, Atletico de Madrid......) that are always hanging around but rarely end up succeeding Anyway, the problem is more or less the same in the English, French, Italian, etc leagues, there are always 2-6 big teams that win everything.

PS. Josh, call me Sergio please!

  12. When I was younger (so much younger than today, as Mr. Lennon would say... LOL), I remember that AJAX was great, they was all over Europe (UEFA and Champions League)and so. What happened to them?
