  1. I wasn't aiming anything at U2, it was more in the direction of distributors and those who have the ability to set prices. It was U2 who offered us affordable tickets on the 360 Tour.

    My point was that regardless of product, U2 DVD or not, I can't understand why prices have to differ so much. I suppose that's what makes exchange rates so fun. The prices aren't even remotely close and that's the problem, I'm sure it doesn't cost $50 per item extra to sell in another country in order to make the same profits as in the US.

    Nothing directed at U2 here, just a general unhappiness/confusion at pricing in general.

    Edit: I'm not angry at Amazon.co.uk in any way. Not angry at anyone, just asking the question.
  2. Think there is barely any tax in USA if you order online. Here in holland are at least 20% due to taxes. Also everything seems to be more expensive in the EU. Not only DVDs but also electronics are more expensive.

    There is not a $50 difference, for the most part. The price of Amazon UK is similar to Fan Fire and Best Buy (as previously shown).

    The prices don't differ so much. One retailer, Amazon US is offering a better price. Amazon UK, Best Buy, Fan Fire are all similar in price, as previously pointed out.

    There is a chance that the Amazon UK could be lower on release, similar to Amazon US.

    I am hoping this answers your question. The answer is that the prices are not that different. One retailer is offering a better price while most are similar to the higher price.

    that will be out on bluray/dvd in a few days is xxx minutes


    Or the TV-rip.. Ah well, it's U2 in HD, that's always good.

  10. Picked mine up at Target...I'm watching through it now, and I'm VERY pleasantly surprised. This is a great show.

  12. Preview looks beautiful but a bit dull. Was hoping for a bit more spectacle. Not as bad as i thought though, will be adding this one to the collection

    However Mexico is still the DVD to beat imho.
