1. Don't trust track listings while extracting audio, not every track is shown there, they can hide some I think.

  5. I found that if you just keep your finger on that left button for 3 or 4 seconds without tapping, it also starts.

  6. About activating the Easter Egg on the Pasadena DVD.
    I did it by accident so it's really not that hard to find it.
