Yeah. It's weird talking to people like you or Drew for instance, because
you're all the way on the other side of the world.

I know what you mean about wondering what it's like. I mean, Indiana's a lot different than
other states, let alone other countries. I mean, I doubt that people in Australia or New Zealand or Europe
pronounce the word creek "Crick" or stuff like that lol. Sometimes I can't understand people
from my own state! lol. I've never been overseas. I think the closest I've been is Florida or
    North Carolina.

Here's some more "Indianaisms" or cliches about Indiana:

    1. If you live in Indiana you have to play Basketball
    2. All we eat is Corn and Soybeans
    3. We all have farms
    4. Our cities or towns are tiny
    5. All of our houses are built out of Limestone

For me only #1 is true. And luckily I don't have the Indiana accent. Half the time I'll be talking to
somebody and end up thinking "Whaaaaat? I can't understand you!" But the landscape
is the best part of living here. Me and My friends always end up finding woods to go into behind
our houses or Soybean fields or Corn fields to goof around in. The worst thing is the unpredictable
    weather.

Oh so you're a country boy are you? thats so cool! but na i woud much rather live in the country then the bigger cities everyone is so much more down to earth and its just a much happier community! are you sure the 5th one isnt tru? hehe just teasing
but nah thats really interesting to know! I think if i lived in the states i'd live there just because of number one
we have quite a lot of kiwi cliches here too

    1. We all wear jandals
    2. We say "eh" (sometimes get confused for Canadians ha)
    3. We live for BBQs, beaches, beer and stubbies (rugby shorts)
    4. Rugby is the national sport if you dont like it you're abused lol

but most of these are tru.. but sometimes they get blown way out of proportion

haha! I'm not really a country boy too much. Me and my friends had this same conversation the other
day and I was saying I was a very Country person. And they said: "No you're not. You like technology
too much!"-even though they're the same way. But the funny thing is this conversation was going on
as we were walking through the woods. I'll have to post some pix of the "Big Attractions" here. lol.
