    Plastic and rubber bullets are designed to be non lethal. Only a point blank shot would be near lethal. They are also not meant to be fired above waist height. Live rounds did the killing on Bloody Sunday.
  2. I misphrased myself. They were supposed to be armed non-lethal. At some point, someone at brigade level gave the order to switch to live ammo.

  7. Well its all too late now anyway. Would've said something more if they did this >30 years ago. Now its relatively easy to apologize and go back to work.
