1. Wow it had to be really great. Thanks for great review. I can't wait to the show... two long weeks to their first show in Czech republic - sadly it is on festival ("Rock For People festival" it is called ) so we won't have that stage and maybe shorter setlist, but I can't wait!! And I hope we will make big cheer and they will return with regular show...
I believe they are the best live band and this time... two fucking weeks to go...
  2. Wow Sergio,

Thanks for the feedback, guys I'm sure you both will have a GREAT time in your respective shows, enjoy them for me, I will surely be hooked up to twitter updates, Muse forums etc. to know what's being played in your concerts

The last sentence on Muse/U2 is exactly the same one I wrote a year ago when I said that when I experienced Muse at Wembley they took over U2 10 years after Popmart tour...
I will let you know if I find a decent bootleg...

Thank you, Arno, thanks a lot.... This means a lot coming from you

I've found the first bootleg, it's a 6/10 audience recording with lots of audience noise and singing. Matt is barely audible at times, but this helps to make an idea of the concert. Bliss runs at 5:40 so it's a good sign

  5. Damn Sergio, tomorrow's show will be kick-ass. I can not wait...Hopefully I'll get some good spot. It's gonna be huge.
  6. the 14th of December seems years away now, cheers for the review hopefully these guys can stay around for 20 odd more years and see me through to my 40s.
  7. Oh my God. The silver suit that Matt was wearing is fucking identical to the one that I was going to purchase for my birthday to play at gigs. That is scary... in a kind of cool, kind of "wtf" way.
  8. Sergio,
    awesome review mate!!!

I was lucky enough to see them about 2 or 3 years ago here in B.A. without really knowing who they where and went out the theater loving them......

    Now I can die happy

  11. I was about to post it, haha. Brilliant set, and an awesome show. Credits also for the Editors for giving a great lift-off. That was a great small set. They're the next I'll try to get into.

One of the intro songs before the set was Vertigo. That song was suddenly stopped halfway through, when the intro started with all those flags. Uprising was a great way to open this night I was so happy to be there. I managed to get a good spot so I had a good view on the band and the huge stage. They played all of my favourite songs, even my old favourite Bliss! What a gig, might have been among with U2 the best one I've ever been to. The weather was good, the band was on fire and the crowd rocked. And that suit Matt wears in the encore reminded me of Bono's Violet suit. Even Undisclosed Desires, one of their lesser songs imo, was played brilliantly with a b-stage that raised up and some kind of 'floated' over a part of the crowd. I was really surprised that they played Citizen Erased and Take A Bow on the encore.

And they ended with my favourite song, Knights of Cydonia. The whole venue just shook, everyone was going nuts. What a way to end a awesome concert.
  12. Great review guys. Hope i get bliss at wembley, every time i see them they always seem to drop it
