1. Your icon is interesting. lol. Is that Bono & Adam in it?

I cried a little during SBS & One during my show. Those songs have always gotten to me. But its ok bc I'm a chick.
  2. Yes, when I finally saw them in concert during their 360 tour - when they walked on stage and when Bono sang "With or Without You" (my favourite U2 song). I have no shame because I waited over 20 years to finally see them in concert.

Came fairly close at the second "whoa-oa-oa-oa" section of With or Without You, when Bono brings everybody back in after he says goodnight. Dunno why, the song wasn't great on the tour, but it was my first show and I was sort of overwhelmed by finally hearing some of these songs live.

Yea I am right there with ya on that one. It was magical in my opinion. Just that many people, and being there with my wife and mom. Kinda cool
  4. I'm amazed right now how many new members take this topic for their first post here...... seems to be a topic many people feel like talking about, and I love how U2 can unite us in these very personal things -- good question, Gerard, well chosen
  5. I cried at the third Vertigo show in Amsterdam, when I recognized the first tones of 'Miss Sarajevo' and realized how special that song at that time was.

Witnessing the crowd cheer during the intro of Streets also makes my eyes wet every time.
  6. I have never cried but i remember my whole body shaking as Zoo station opened at Leeds 93
  7. Never cried at a concert, once did at home while listening to U2 but that had private reasons back then.

I did went crazy though but I assume that doesn't count either.

Several times here, too. Which is why I'm more surprised I didn't swell up more at the concert I was at...but they didn't play many sad songs. Only "One" and "With or Without You", really. I don't find MOS sad at all.

Nearly cried at MOS - it is such a poor ending to a great show!
  11. I´m actually closer to cry when i watch a u2 dvd than on a live show
  12. Almost during Sometimes You Can't Make... (Sao Paulo 2006-02-20). My father was in at my side and the hole thing was very emmotional.
