The italics UBB code isn't working properly. Even with the [ /i ] written in it continues to write them as italics

This is an example.

The active topics page is not working/refreshing, or doing it wrong. My previous post has been noted as "20:39" while I made it at my 21:33 or 34.

Yes it has, of course, but the whole thing is behaving somehow strange. It might have to do with the many users logging in and out and entering topics and accessing things.....although we have had much more activity other times, and nothing strange happened.
