1. Sometimes I wonder why some users are still here after all

  2. Got that. i should have been clearer. Quantity doesn't equal quality. Gimme 1 song like Batman over a Kite, Crumbs, Bad, SUC,... anytime.

Because the band has an upward trend.
  3. On to the topic at hand. I honestly do not get them playing MS AGAIN. I guess I'm the minority but I think its a mediocre song. I thought Running To Stand Still was much better on Vertigo before they dropped it for MS. I see no reason to bring it back again this tour there is nothing fresh about it. I also do not get the rehearsal of Tryin To Throw Your Arms Around The World???? One of the weakest tracks off Achtung. It worked as part of the Zoo setlist but it did not and does not need to be brought back. I appreciate that the band are tinkering around and exploring some unusual options, but considering their catalog some of the choices just seem almost too out there or too safe. I guess they need to explore the happy medium perspective. The great things so far are HMTMKMKM, the new songs and the possibility that they wont be opening with Breathe (although that is a tad muted if it is indeed B. Day as the opener). I just hope HMTMKMKM isnt at the expense of Ultraviolet. You don't drop one of the highlights of the tour and add MS and TTTYAATW???

I guess its just rehearsals, will be interesting to see what the Turin show setlist turns out to be.

    Agreed
  5. Trying is probably the least song from Achtung indeed, but it's still a great acoustic song. Give me that one over Stuck/AOH/Desire anytime.
  6. Kite was nice life (because of Edge's solo)
Saints (Single at the time) Not very great live, not a great song
Windows (Single) Never worked live, good studio tune though
One Tree Hill (genuine curve ball) That's a great one.
Desire (apart from a solitary spontaneous rendition in Brazil earlier in the year) I can't even remember that.

MS might be an Turin exclusive or rotate with In a little while.
Tryin' is strange indeed since it got it's charm from the girls and the champagne. But I'm fine with it if it kicks out Stuck.

Also agree with this point, that song is good enough for me to overlook some other issues. Plus love referring to it as "Batman"
  9. Leading role for Larry on the countdown - with LAPOE

  10. I instantly thought they'd be playing that since it's on the u2.com video but I highly doubt it...
  11. LAPoE?? WTF!!
