    But seriously, did I miss much? Checked the setlist, sounded good to me - any feedback of note? Wanna know who the hell thought of the name 'Return of the Stingray Guitar' though lol.
  4. Actually, the name is pretty amazing but NOT AS MUCH as the song itself. I personally love it. Great instrumental intro that I hope is not dropped anytime, it's a fantastic way to start the show showing their balls, it's something different. Best start since Mofo for me. I don't think BD is the best option to follow it, though, but the song itself is

    Y-e-s! Though I like the idea of changing the encore a bit. I think they need a brand new song, as an opener. Something exciting. BD is bittersweet and somewhat melancholic.


  9. I quite like this song! C'mon, it is better than GOYB! It's a live song - difficult to see it in a U2/Eno album. And it seems (to me, at least) slightly more inspired than many HTDAAB songs. The song's got energy in it.

  12. The Stingray thing seems odd, especially with BD following on, but hey, I'll wait to see if a boot surfaces to pass better judgement then. Like the sound of the Glasto. song, funky little solo - like I said earlier, it sounds like a weird mashup of ABOY, GOYB and U2 doing Oasis. Also sounds a bit like the Stingray intro. too lol...anyway. Cheers for the responses guys, I'm tired so will head on outta here - catch you all later, take care.
