1. what has that to do with fags?
  2. Liking the topic title.

When you click on that link and look at the picture. Bono is walking and talking with some homeless hippie, what's that about? And also, Bono looks so Popmart again

To the point, I hate smoking. I don't know why people do it. It just kills you
  3. fags is cigarettes in the UK...
  4. Meh, his life, his shout I guess. I think it's pointless (smoking, that is) but let he without sin cast the first stone and all that. Love the fact that article calls him 'The Sweetest Thing singer'. Of all the songs to pick. The ice cream explains the tum though

haha indeed. Last year, a Dutch paper found it very, very strange that they left out Sweetest Thing out of the setlist, because 'it was one of their greatest hits'.
  6. When I first saw the topic title, I was wondering "When does Bono have the time to pimp himself out like this?"

I must say, his voice sounds great so far, if the reports are true.

  7. Ya, however this if true and if it remains the case is a horrible thing for the band long term. See Gallager, Liam as example 1a of why singers shouldn't smoke

Bono has more to lose than LG ever did lol I like Oasis but I've never rated Liam's voice bar the odd few times I'm afraid, but that's just my take on it.
  9. suppose that explains why his voice has gone to shit this tour... when you compare his voice to the 5th leg of Vertigo Tour they are worlds apart!!
  10. Popmart look + 15 years
Nice to learn about the "fags". It is his life you know. I mean, for me at least, U2 is about music, and from what I have heard lately, his voice is very far from good anyway, so I don't think that we will lose that much. We did on the Popmart era though.
