See above: copy the font to c:\windows\fonts and after that, you will be able to select it in the fonts list of Word (and other software). (Maybe you have to restart Word after copying the font.)

You can get it here: http://www.fontyukle.com/en/1,cyrillic

It downloads as "Helvetica" without any extension so your computer won't recognize it. So manually add the extension .ttf ("Helvetica.ttf"), copy the file to c:\windows\fonts and you'll be able to choose it in any program you use.
