  1. My main phone which is out of use at the moment has the a 40 sec clip of COBL as the ringtone, and a thing my friend put together using Garage Band of a Kraftwerk-esque bit of electro with a sample of another of our friends saying 'I am not a bell-end' included as a text alert.

    My Nokia brick which I'm resorting to at the moment is just bog-standard beeps and whirs.
  2. I've used Where The Streets Have No Name as a waking-up alarm for a long time, and I got tired of it so in the recent times I use October, Bliss (Muse), Enterlude (The Killers) or some others. But my ringtone for calls is still -since a long time ago- New Born (Muse).
  4. The best sound to wake up to is this. It certainly gets me going.
