1. Have any U2 members ever been (openly/officially) active in a forum anywhere, or somehow otherwise been part of a U2 community more than releasing news on U2.com?

I do apologize if this has been asked before, but I made a few searches and was unable to find anything on the subject.
  2. No, Edge is on Twitter, that's it
  3. Didn't Edge occasionally post/lurk on Interference back in the early days?

  4. No, they thought for a while he did, but it turned out to be a big hoax.
  5. Not with their real identities of course, but they surely know what's going on in the big U2 communities (Interference, atU2, probably U2Tour and U2start as well). The Edge is said to visit some forums regullarly, as well as having a big bootleg collection. And you canread some interesting insight in the Willie's tour diary thread, where he says that they knew which effect would have dropping UltraViolet among the fanbase, etc
  6. Of course they are visiting some fan sites. I would too, just to boost my ego

  7. ...so we can be sure Bono is a regular lurker on Interference

  8. If that's the case, with the way he looked/acted in Turin, it would seem he spent all of his down-time after surgery browsing the respective fansites

  9. Bono has problems remembering where they are half the time - even he couldn't work out Interference.
  10. Who says I'm not Larry Mullen? I sometimes think Gerard is Larry Mullen but that's because of his avatar lol

Gerard cannot be Larry Mullen. Unless he can stand ten meters before me in the crowd AND play the drums at the same time in that case, he's not only Larry, he's God
