    Keep getting this message

    •Filetype of your avatar can only be jpg, gif or png.

    Obviously I have checked and the file type is correct, what am I doing wrong?

  2. Can you upload your avatar to somewhere else, like imageshack, and post it here?
    Then we can look into it.
