1. My thoughts on Guns'n'Roses, from the Listening topic, 2 or 3 days ago:

To be honest I never like them live, I love most of their studio stuff but they were never a live band for me.

The Knocking from the Live Era '87-'93 album hits me everytime, though. Shivers, and more shivers.

Oh sorry I never knew you were a huge GnR fan.

I'm like that, I had a huge obsession with GnR, when I heard Welcome to the Jungle. Still an epic song to this day.
  3. Ah no how were you meant to know just saying I knew what he's like and stuff.

But seriously, WTTJ was amazing.. Until he stopped and complained about bottles being thrown
  4. I thought this was interesting (Im by the way Im not showing off at all) - Im at the same College that Robert Plant of Led Zeppelin went to
  5. U2 - number 4 on 'Q's' '99 BGGIEST ROCK ICONS'

    Vertigo was played

    Led Zeppelin
  7. So last night I saw a local band called Jakil. Really good music. Tickets were only £6. It was their farewell gig before they go down to London to record. Funnily enough, they are actually playing at another venue in Edinburgh on the 25th September so there wasn't really any point in that farewell gig.

This is a song called 'Spin', which is probably one of their most known.

They are subliminal live. The vocalist is superb, can hit notes brilliantly. I predict these guys to be big in the future.
  8. Since I'm severely bored and just want to put that out there... I think I have a caffeine addiction.

  9. I get headaches if caffeine is not consumed for a prolonged period of time.

Caffeine doesn't have the typical caffeine effect on me anymore though, I could drink coffee before bed and have no trouble sleeping. Similarily I could drink coffee in the morning and not recieve it's 'boost'.

Yeah, that's a caffeine addiction if you get headaches. I'm at the point as well. I've drank 1 litre of Kx (Tesco's version of a cheap energy drink) and I have school tomorrow so I'll be tired as hell tomorrow.
