Yeah. I guess he ended up sleeping in a pub because he got too drunk. lol. I can't wait until I go
to a U2 concert. I'm gonna try to catch 'em on the next tour. I'll probably have to go to Chicago for
    that though.

the crowds in Spain would be just as good. U2 homecoming gigs haven't been to special as of late (apart from Slane). I'm lucky in the sense that I can only see them in Ireland

What about Dublin 2005-06-27? Best setlist of the Vertigo Tour.

setlist was great yes. But the performance wasn't astounding. What i'm trying to say is that the shows didn't set themselves apart from any others on the tour just because they were in Dublin. Average shows in Dublin are mean't to be stunning. Just wasn't like that on the Vertigo tour I don't feel

Best setlist so far on the Vertigo Tour, and plagued of great versions and played in a fantastatic mood band-audience. What else can you ask for? Oh, yes, a decent Bono's voice.

there was a hell of a lot of hype here in Ireland before the Croke shows. Commercially the hype was justified but I don't think the shows delivered. My uncle who was a t all 3 and is a die hard fan also agreed. He didnt say they were bad (and niether do I), but just not too special. Not as special as one would expect from U2's first shows on home turf in 4 years

but still great. The beauty of U2

i really don't think U2 still great. They play good, they look good, but the magic.. has disappeared a bit. I went to my first and only concert under the Vertigo Tour sign, and they were the best 10 hours of my life. But I'm realistic: i would have enjoyed much more a Joshua Show than a Vertigo one.

that also goes without saying. We'l never witness Exit or The Unforgettable Fire or that voice, that energy or ZooTV. Ah well though. I'll be happy seein the boys wenever I do
