1. That has to be the best fucking setlist I've ever seen.
  2. Was actually impressed by the Manchester setlist. When Uprising kicked off I thought "Aww no" but they never played NSC or I belong to you and we got Butterflies & Hurricanes and Citizen Erased instead!. I'm happy with that Just dissipointed my prediction of at least 1 song from Showbiz was wrong Well at least I didn't go to the first night at Wembley! I'd have been so p*ssed off with that setlist.

And as you guys have already said, the band hardly said anything, just "Hello, we haven't been here in 4 years" and "Goodbye" what's up with that? The people we spoke to didn't seem to mind, but personally I felt like they didn't seem to care enough?

Ya that's been my problem with Muse all along. Can't argue with that setlist though.
  4. They were surprisingly talkative on Saturday, dedicating Starlight to family and crew, making the crowd do 3 cheers before hand and said quite alot of other stuff aswell, not so much the first night though apparently

There has been some critics from the foreign (=non UK forums) since Matt said "You are the REAL fans, thank you for being here" on the second night... As you know, there are people who travel to other countries and cities, queue for hours/days and stand unbereable things (rain, heat, hunger, etc) just to see them live, and none of them get something even similar to that statement. I think he should apologize or put his words in context somehow - people are angry.

i think its just showmanship, he always says stuff like that on the second night of gigs, "you guys are way better than last night" and other things. I don't think they particularly enjoyed the first night as much, the crowd seemed abit less into it apparently, and i guess that was reflected in the setlist
  7. *my first ever double*

More like the opposite I'd say. The setlist is built a few hours before the show - crowd doesn't have to do with it at all.

yeah i meant the performance and reaction of the band to the crowd, the friday night went on sale after the saturday night so maybe the band new the older stuff would go down better on the saturday

Yes, I thought the same. THey might guessed that the very hardcore fans were the ones who bought tickets for the first night (which turned to be the second)... It could be an strategy for the rumoured DVD, too. I would love a DVD with that mind-blowing setlist.
