    I simply paste those covers to "microsoft word" document as photos - and print them.

    Dimensions:

    front cover: 12 cm x 12 cm
    back cover: 11,6 cm x 14,99 cm

    Or simply use the free soft undercoverxp ! it is perfect to print cd, dvd, gaming covers !
