    Healthy diet and exercise are all you need.

    Any form of exercise will help, running, cycling, walking, whatever. Just be sure to stick to it because once you slow down the exercise, the pounds pile on (quicker than they fall off as well). Good luck with your goal.

    talking about diet I used to be a fat kid. I had like 300 pounds. Thanks to running and eating less than 3 apples a day I managed to lose 100 pounds in 4 months. Thats one of the things Im really proud of in my life. Also I heard Christian Bale did the same thing for a part in one of his movies.
  3. Alright guys, i've been on three runs so far (about 3 miles each or 4.828032 kilometers for my friends across the pond) and I have to say, I feel GOOD. Like, it's incredible how much better i've felt in recent days. I'm sleeping better, I don't just randomly feel depressed anymore, its easier to walk up lots of stairs, and walking home from school is a breeze. If you're in any way shape or form considering working out, DO IT. Just get up and effing DO IT. Trust. You will thank me.
