1. I find that any of the remixes from Achtung Baby works, plus the first 3 songs from Pop. War has some good numbers in there. Boy, minus Into the Heart, The Ocean and Shadow's and Tall Tree's,is another great workout ALBUM. I think the one MEGA workout album though is Under A Blood Red Sky. That'll get your heart pumping, and "40" would be a great "cool-down" song. Can't forget Streets, and In God's Country, Desire (Hollywood Remix) too.That should definitely give you your hours worth, plus some
