  1. If previous gigs are anything to go by, U2 will start at 21:00 more or less. So you can arrive at 8PM and still have time to get a good spot to enjoy the show

EDIT. Damn. Almost identical answers... Just 2 minutes late for me.
  2. Ok, that's a relief, thanks a lot guys !

I've got seats and don't really care for Interpol so it'll probably be fine for U2 then

  3. Yeah, I didn't really like Interpol - it sounded like they were playing always the same song to me. Same riffs, lack of melodies... then I realize that hey, it's hard to write good music, and that U2 are quite good at it...
  4. Oohhh 'i'm so exited for Brussel II, I hope they have some special surprises fur us.
Glad to hear that AIWIY is soundchecked, but boys.... bring back EBTTRT!!!

For the guys that are going tonight, have fun!
  5. djcfb, if you're going only tomorrow then you'll probably have the best piece of the cake

Gates are opened now, pretty chaotic according to U2Log:

And... Doors open. Chaos at the gates. Tickets not scanning properly, and gates being opened and closed at random.
  6. Haha i'm hungry whaah
But my year is great already, saw two fantastic shows in Paris and Frankfurt..
    And maybe next year TORONTO!

Maybe this is a litlle bit oftopic, but i've want to say what a great website this is!!!
I haven't posted a lot in the forum, but i daily read it and the news!
    Great work!! Thumbs up!
  7. Thanks for the positive feedback, always appreciated Welcome to the forum!! Maybe you can present yourself in this subforum!

    PS. thumbs*

  9. Chaos at the gates apparently - some scanning machines didn't work... (U2place).
  10. I seriously don't think i'll do that whole queueing up at silly O' Clock thing. I'll ldo GA again but show up as the gates open to avoid all the madness.

It might be interesting to see in which location at the GA you end up . . . I'll do another long queue next sunday but mainly because I know San Sebastian like my facepalm and have nothing better to do. Queuing all day is just another good excuse to have some beer and play some guitar . . .
