    Yeah sure.

A set with Bad and another tour debut can never be a bad set, especially if these songs are played in awsome versions. Brusseles 1 was a good set, but without surprises. Brusseles 2 was magic.

  2. Who said it's a bad set - and what tour debut btw?

haha, setlist of night one was better indeed, but show was better on day 2.

  4. Wauw.. just came out of my bed. With a great feeling! The show is paris was great! But brussel II just was magic!

Before i went to the show i hoped for one or two surprises (see above), and I can't be more satisfied!! The travel to the show was good, but than came the rain.. So we were al soaking wet. But a rainy U2 show, means a great show with a lot of rain snippets!

We had a good view of the stage, and we were at Adam's site. Interpol, yeah.. i don't think it is such a good opener. I can't tell the difference between the first and the last song, but ok I'm here for U2!!

At 21.20 i know the were going to begin in a matter of minutes, and by the first note of Major Tom, i just went crazy!

The beginning was very good, en when i heard the first baseline of NYD, I knew this was going to be a great night with a few surprises! Then it was businnes as usual (still great!!), but I knew the surprises had to be at the spot of north star and mercy. When bono said here's something knew, I thought Spiderman (i read the forum just before the show) but it was a great performance of AOH! After that i heard that a intro was started, but I first thougt it was the intro of MLK , when I heard it was the intro from Bad, i just went nut, and yelling to my Dad. BAD BAD, IT'S BAD!!!... Great performance, and funny to see how Bono wanted to go further with the song, while the rest of the band stopped.

Then, after crazy, I noticed the stage turning blue instead of green, so i kinda knew that pride was coming! Great to hear again!! I don't mind if they rotate it with SBS, it keeps the songs special!

The only dissapoint of my night was the played MLK instead of MOTD.. But my that feeling dissapeard at the moment that Walk on started! '

After streets i was affraid they would play MOS, because it was still raining hard, and i knew that they did that at Zurich II. Luckily, the meatheads came up! Great encore, with even a snippet of shine like stars!

This show was the last show of my 360 concerts, but it was a great one! I was walking outside the stadium just singing in the rain!! Epic!

.... I'm singing in the rain.... singing in the rain!

God! I thought I was the only one thinking that! Bad is a very nice addition, I agree; but adding Bad doens't mean a setlist is neccesarely better; Angel Of Harlem doesn't mean that, either. Ditching the biggest attractive of this leg (the new songs) and I Will Follow is not good!!
  6. I agree with yeah and LikeASong ; a more surprising setlist, but not as good as the first night : the new songs are one of the biggest attractions of the leg. Nevertheless Bad is a really good addition that makes the setlist special.

  7. That's the thing I like the most about this leg. Really mixing things up. (Since Horsens...)
  8. Really good rendition of Bad imho. Same for Angel of Harlem.
  9. Angel Of Harlem was nothing but average and mediocre.

Bad was purely brilliant, I don't fail to admit it.

  10. okay, but the harmonica parts bono did = awesome
    Bad was absolutely brilliant.

I wanna start off by thanking the u2006 for going out of the way to film(digitize?) and upload all these awesome shows!! I know it takes a lot of time and work.
I also wonder why "Mysterious Ways" from Moscow is the only video so far that's in 1080 and all the rest are in 720. I love to download the mp4 from youtube and watch them on the PS3 on the big screen.

I think we should all donate to them so they can get a new camera since to be honest, the video the current one takes is pretty poor(a really low dynamic range and pretty noisy). Nice mic though. I'd love to see the same work done with a wider lens instead of the jerky(and over-used) super-zooms that have become commonplace today.

But I'm just being critical, but I want to stress I'm thankful for being able to watch U2 play in Glorious 1080p on 42" lol. With beer in hand.
