I don't really think Pete's guitar was prerecorded. There were definitely sections of Daltrey's vocals that seemed like it, particularly the scream in Won't Get Fooled Again, but certain parts of Baba O'Riley and Won't Get Fooled Again, Pete was taking totally random solos- some of which he had to struggle a little bit to work in just the perfect way. No way he would have pre-recorded something that didn't sound perfect. He's a true musician.
  2. Well, week 2 of the new season almost over and my beloved vikings seem to be worryingly close to being out of playoff contention already, especially with both Chicago and Greenbay 2-0. and whats happened to the Cowboys? Super Bowl in their own stadium and they might not even make the playoffs

Fine with me. Can't stand the Cowboys. Couldn't believe how well the Jets offense played against New England yesterday, most surprising thing of the young season for me. As for my Bills. Nothing needs to be said

Looks like another season at the bottom of the division for you guys, although it was away Green Bay. You've got the jets and the Jags at home in a few weeks, should be a few opportunties to get your win percentage up, and the running up to january, minus the divisional games, doesn't look to bad
  5. Watched the Falcons/Saints game at the weekend, wow what a finish; Atlanta might see themselves in the wildcard position now that those in the NFC East are misfiring and and the NFC West teams are proving to be pretty useless. Happy that the Vikes got their first win, so be it against Detroit, and a Bye Week coming means that Sydney Rice could be back for week 6 or 7, and with Chicago going 3-0 we need him.
Nice to see the Bills gave the Pats a run for their money, the Jets next though

Can't believe how that Saints game ended. Hartley goes from hero to zero real quick in New Orleans.

At least the Bills were watchable this week, for this year that's about all that we can hang out hats on.

  7. He missed two PATs Against the Vikes in week 1 aswell. New Orleans must be looking for someone abit more consistant because his percentages must be low, I just wish he had done that in the conferance game last year

atleast you've got the Jags at home in 2 weeks, i don't think you guys will do a 08 Detroit just yet , though i know a few 49er fans who are getting abit worried
  8. Bears beat the Packers in Monday Night Football, Packers tie/break their record for most penalties in a single game (17)

  9. ok then Mr stats man, How many losted yards did that equate to?

  10. QUITE a bit....I'm a Bears fan, I'm by no means rooting for the Packers if you're trying to tell me that this is in fact a bad thing (because it is haha)

nahh, you just seemed so proud of that stat i thought you knew lol. kinda nice to see the bears doing well though, for too long you almost lowered yourselves to detroits level, nice to see the division is abit more open (well apart from detroit that is).

Oh, yeah, I don't know the exact number, but it was ridiculous- it was something over 100, for sure.
